About us Ocean Trading is one of the leading companies of home appliances in
Egypt. Ocean Trading was founded in 1975 in Port Said Free Zone. With a lot of
hard work it obtained the privilege of being the sole agent of
White-Westinghouse in 1978, a few years later Ocean became the Sole agent for
FAGOR as well.
Because of the great effort made, Ocean Trading earned the White-Westinghouse
Trademark agreement. Ocean supplies outlets and dealers all over Egypt and is
the biggest provider for the Duty Free Shops Company. The annual sales are
increasing from 5% to 10% every year.
Main Office & Showrooms
Ocean Trading main office is located in the heart of Cairo. The company has
three spacious and elegantly appointed showrooms: one in Port Said and two in
Cairo. All showrooms are located in selected shopping areas in Egypt. The
showrooms do not only display the latest in White-Westinghouse and Fagor home
appliances, but also the most attractive modern kitchens made by Fagor with
designs incorporating the appliances.
Ocean Trading displays the products in a very attractive way in all branches of
the duty free shops to assure that it can reach most of the customers all over
Egypt.
After sales service
Ocean Trading has the largest and only licensed maintenance center in the
country, which provides complete technical services, and guarantees the most
efficient service for our consumers. Our target is to satisfy our customers by
selling very good quality products with the most convenient prices, followed by
a complete after sales service and support in order to get the consumers
feedback of the products. Due to this special care for our customers' needs, we
earned a very good reputation in the Egyptian market. |
